5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zzcc Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. zzcc does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your zzcc account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by zzcc. zzcc Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) zzcc is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) zzcc reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) zzcc ceases to operate the Platform.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, zzcc reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to zzcc Casino's customer support team for informal resolution. zzcc will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zzcc Casino with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
